Acronym seems to be inconsistently used. Maybe one is literal: "Bring Your Own Device" and one is pronunciation: "Boy-D". Or maybe it is just bad copy editing?
Ha - BOYD stands for Bring On Your Device, making it a lot more like a challenge. "Bring it On!"
I'm using Ubuntu on my notebook, and think it is a goot candidate for BYOD
Touchdown for syncing with Exchange mail and calendar (if you don't mind the security "takeover" of your device - I opted out, and just use Outlook Web Access, and manually put basic calendar entries on the 'droid).

These apps don't appear to be iOS based, but the article doesn't mention that it's specific to Android. Our staff are doing the BYOD thing, but it's all iOS.
Most blogs mention KeePass - I have been using roboform for years. And paying for the multi-machine syncing and portable versions . Other than free, what does KeePass have that would make me switch???
All I could find is that KeePass is open-source and has maybe a slightly easier interface. For some reason Roboform is rated as slightly more difficult to use. Go figure...
I have been using all these apps for quite a while, except Divide (I'm a Windows fan forever).
All four of them are excellent and very useful applications.
