What applications and/or tools do you use to manage your Microsoft licenses?
The link: http://www.joshcellsoftwares.com/2011/09/AdvancedTokensManager.html takes you to a hijacked website with the Mal/HTMLGen-A infection.
What anti-virus product are you using that triggered this virus warning? It could be a false positive, because my security software said the site checked out.

On my end, Symantec Endpoint Protection is not seeing anything dubious about this site. Perhaps Sophos has a false positive on the URL? In my experience, Sophos hasn't always had the best heuristics.
The Office 365 install does put Office 2013 on your PC. Will it backup the 2013 tokens?
