I know of a small business which hired a multimedia company to design a website. The small business received a 30 second "commercial" on YouTube, and a page on the site of the multimedia company. With whom did the "fault" lie? The small business? The multimedia company? A combination? I suspect the "fault" was with the contact at the multimedia company; probably a young adult fresh out of college with interest only in bringing in revenue regardless of the needs of the small business.
