I think you are confused. Task Manager is the thing that shows you all the processes running in your system, how much memory, CPU, disk I/O, etc. each task is using, how busy your CPU is, etc.

Scheduled Tasks is where you set up scheduled tasks. A completely different thing.

Windows 7 had Virtual PC, not Hyper-V. Similar, but not the same.
