Hi from Germany!
In 90% the Management is the first who wants IPads and something else.
When it??s happen I discuss the needs and show the points what they have must to do.
I offer a portfolio where the customer and I can find the best needs for the porject.
This topic is relative new in Germany and so the law and project requirements are in the making. The last three years the mobile devices has make an enormously expansion.
