...and what else?
If a company is willing to disclose something as confidential and sensitive as salary, what else are they going to hang on the billboard? My personnel record? The anonymous complaint I lodged about the guy in the next cube dealing drugs over the phone? The number of sick days I've taken? I don't know how much my coworkers make and I don't WANT to know. That kind if disclosure is like throwing a piece of fresh meat into the lions' den and it serves no useful purpose.
