BYOD?
I don't understand how this fits with BYOD. The problem here is that you use the same email address to sign up for both personal and work accounts. The solution is to use your work email to register for work accounts, and your personal email to register for personal things.

If you have a device that has only one login, and that provides a raft of services, then, that device basically cannot be used for work (or personal use if that's a work device).
