Primarily with FF 18 (assuming that's what you're using).

You can get around it by right-clicking the Reply link and selecting "Open in new tab" (or window). At least that's how I did it before I decided to roll back to FF 17.0.1. TR wasn't the only consideration for me, though, there were also work-related issues.
