guess I've got my browsers screwed down too tightly
In Chrome the download page demands I disable my extensions (I already did a temporary allow all in ScriptSafe). In my bone-stock IE9 the download never starts, and when I click on the restart link nothing happens. This just isn't worth the trouble.

Can nobody make an un-gunked downloads page?
