Have you had problems with Android ActiveSync? Care to share some examples and the solution you used to fix them?

We've had issues with multiple HTC (Sense) devices using the same exchange account where random contacts will disappear (deleted but not in trash; just plain gone!). I think it was some sort of Join/Separate implementation issue. Never figured out how to solve it other than ban HTC phones. That solved the issue. We stick to Moto/iphone/Samsung (vanilla).

I'm just beginning to face this, although we're only on Exchange 2007. Looks like 2010 added several helpful features for phone management. Nevertheless, some helpful tips.
