Have someone from the company Liaise with Microsoft Legal to see what their Licensing Requirements are as you setup the Bring Your Own Disaster if you do not do that you really are attempting to setup a Disaster when Microsoft Legal Comes knocking on your door to inspect Licensing and starts the Legal Action to remedy your breaches.
