It's the closest thing I've seen to a "Stateless Machine" in a loooooong time.
You on the other hand are comparing an application (IE) to an OS (ChromeOS) and complaining that Zerg1961 doesn't know what the term means....
If you can run/boot a machine using nothing more than IE, hat's off to you!
