gDownloader for Google Apps is a tool specifically designed to address data liberation process for a users who are leaving the organization. gArchive is a simple tool which extracts all the four important type of user data and stores in an industry standard format, they are Email, Contacts, Calendar & Docs. The data extracted are organized in the structured folder and also format of all the data would be in the industry standard format.

Features:

Wizard based data extraction process to download all the four types of data in industry format.

Extracts Email in PST, EML & MBox format. Contacts as vCard. Calendar as iCal. Docs as MS office format.

gDownloader will maintain folder structure of Gmail and Drive which it downloads the data.

Admin can easily schedule a bulk user.

Admin can only download users data when admin enters the end users password in gDownloader.
