I'm not expecting an applicant to be right 100% of the time, only for two pages.
As to getting his point across, he's not being asked to speak extemporaneously. I assume he worked on his resume methodically before submitting it, and that he didn't whip up a resume while waiting in the lobby. If you have dyslexia, have a friend review your resume. Even here in bass-ackwards South Carolina, the state employment service will review it for you. If people say you're not getting your point across the first time, rewrite it until you do; you're not on a deadline.
