It doesn't happen to anyone else at all it's just "Peconet Tietokoneet" who is complaining of this and no one else had noticed anything at all.
The truth of the matter is it's not the Site being even more Flaky than Usual it's the Site deliberately refusing to accept any answers to questions that contain URL's from Peconet Tietokoneet.
