I'm doing a research on the impact of internet abuse in the workplace. I'm thinking; is there a way to manage misuse of users that take their work home (laptops). Since we use policies, monitoring and security awareness to try and mitigate it, how do we deal with these kind of home workers.

Once the device leaves your network, you have very little control over it.
