yay!
just got back from having a complete lung function test done at Burnaby Hospital.
the fev1 [ Forced Expressed Volume in 1 second ] from the first one was 29, today it was 38.
a 900 Milliliter increase in air flow.
seems the puffers have had a dramatic effect
edit to add:
of course, the inhaled steroids have a side effect of trashing my voice. :/
but sounding like I have a bad cold/sore throat is an acceptable tradeoff for easier breathing.
