So here's my annual open invitation to those who want to play in a low-budget, trash-talking NASCAR fantasy racing league. The short version of the game is to pick five drivers for each race, but you can only use each driver nine times in the 36-race season. The $10 dues covers the full season and is used to pay for the cost of our web site and fantasy management software
