Please see previous two articles written in the series. You can click on my name and view the previous articles. The articles will answer all of your questions.
Quickly:
1. Yes, you can see both nodes simulataneosly once you configure it properly.
2.Disk Locking which is discussed in the first in the second article.
3.Add more shared disks.

Very Good and much appreciated. I could not have done it without your guidence. I now have a working virtual cluster but unfortunalty I don't know what to do with it.Could you recommend reading on clusters. I want to set up clustered fileshare. I have looked at Microsft help but remain as ever, dazed and confused.
I look forward to your next article on sql.

OK, now that you have a cluster, just create a share on the virtual cluster and you have a file sharing on a cluster. My next article will be about installing SQL Server on a cluster. YOu can cluster exhange and IIS. It is unlimited. You can also dosome research on Microsoft's web site to get up to speed. Good Luck!

After setting up my cluster configuration using Steven's excellent articles, I have been using the book by Joseph M. Lamb entitled "Windows 2000 Clustering and Load Balancing." It gets excellent reviews by those who know more than me about clustering (see reviews at Amazon.com). The book goes into detail about installing IIS, Exchange, and SQL Server on Cluster configurations. Deal with Load Balancing too.
Steve,

Read you article. Great! But I'm confused if the cluster was setup as active-active or active-passive. How can one tell the two "modes" apart?

I only created two shared disks in this installation. I used one for the Quorum and one for the clustering. This equals Active-Passive. If I wanted Active-Active, I would have created at a minimum three shared disks.
