LoudPC now owned by Pumatech

I've just found out that LoudPC is now owned by the makers of Intellisync software for Palm. http://www.pumatech.com/is_goanywhere_main.html
Does anyone have experience of this GoAnywhere software; and if so, what are your thoughts?
