As you said in your article, you recommend us to do it ourselves the log analyzing as this tools are expensive, but you don't give us ANY documentation or link on this matter, I mean, it's easy for you to say don't spend your money on log analyzers but you don't give a clue on how to do it. Please develop further this topic on how to analyze IIS logs.

I agree, my sister company is having to
parse the log manually...an easier would sure
be helpful.
