What I am amazed about is how many people are bashing the people with certifications and tell them to get degrees. Well it all boils down to experience in the IT field. I was doing Network Design for over 5 yrs before I got my MCSE 4.0. I have been in the IT industry for 7.5 yrs and all we care about is, "Do you know what you are doing?" The degrees and certifications come second. I have had employee's with degrees that are dumber than a box of rocks, as well as employee's with certifications. So all this arguing about what people have on their walls, shirts, and in their signatures is a mute point. Experience is the true key to getting the brass ring!
