        <description><![CDATA[Unable to access the .pst: Most likely the machine the .pst is stored on had a MAPI spooler running in the background.  That is why removing Outlook from the startup menu was effective.  Remember, .pst files can only be accessed by one process at a time, and the MAPI spooler can run in the background even if Outlook is not open.  Ending the process in Task Manager is always a good first thing to do when encountering .pst access errors.  It also must be done before running the Inbox Repair Tool successfully.
