I agree that TCO is one of the benefits of Linux. I do not think that Linux will rule, it will simply integrate in the existing environment. I implemented 5 linux server in our corporation. I did not know anything about linux, but after a couple of months testing and reading up I put together linux servers that can do everything an NT/2000 server can do and more. Since our company has a lot of remote plants we benefit a lot from the remote administer capability of Linux, to us this was veryimportant. I cannot see us get rid of NT/2000 completely, but Linux sure made our life a lot easier.
