Report Offensive Message

I absolutely have no faith in this product at all. Its upgrade and central management is a pain in the wrong end. Recently one of my Desktops with Win2k SP4 ran into a bount of NACHI-B. This piece of junk gave me a message saying it has detected the virus but can't clean it. This too despite having latest definitions and everything... My advice, Stay AWAY!!!
