We used to use sophos and now use ETrust from computer assoicates. We are extremely happy with them. Sophos does not cure the virus on any files but simply copies that file to a holding folder and does nothing else. Pretty scary. There is not updatefee with etrust and all signatures are free. it is centrally managed and pushes updates to desktops at whatever interval you choose we push hourly updates.
