Stay away from ignorant admins
I'm using Sophos for more than five years, in diferent networks. It works, is very simple but you Do need to read Sophos manuals and work in accordance with them. Also it depends on how you as admin configure Sophos on workstation (you can easily deploy this configuration to any computer on your network) so it's a lay that Sophos simply copies infected files to a holding folder and does nothing else. Another big plus for Sophos is low usage of computer and network resources and very high rate of discovering viruses (see Virus Buletin). Not to mention new tools for automate downloads of newer versions like Enterprise manager and Remote update.
