Stop the current VNC Service by right clicking on the icon in the taskbar and/or stopping the VNC service in Services. Copy the following 3 files to the existing Orl directory: VNCHooks.dll, vncviewer.exe, and winvnc.exe, overwriting the existing files. Restart (you may need to reboot) VNC service. TightVNC should be active. Review settings.
