Helpdesk at my company
We are using Wonderdesk. www.wonderdesk.com.
All web based and was fairly cheap when we bought it. $75. now sells for $500 for standard and $1400 for SQL.
We are also looking at Altiris' helpdesk because it can integrate with Microsoft SMS.
