Training Charges: Thanks for a great article! I believe you are right on target.

Nearly all of my training clients stem from an initial problem they cannot solve alone. I keep my hourly price lower for senior citizens. They are more challenging, require more patience but are more apt to become regular weekly sessions. All of my clients are within a 10 minute drive (small town) so I'm able to keep my rates low. It's important to not try to rush through a session. Their biggest complaint with other computer learning experiences is that the trainer moves too fast. As for callbacks for assistance, I screen all calls and callback customers when I have time to fit them in. I always return calls even if it is into the early evening. My at homecustomers know upfront that this is my policy and are very understanding.
