what?
Maybe it is because I have been exposed to databases, XS ain't a database it is a RDBMS.
Since databases are business tools and the idea is to track business entities to output information for business decisions, ergo, is there anyother way to teach it?
Every Access course I have attended has always placed the emphasis on database structure, NOT on how it is to be used. Attend a 'freebie' sometime and you'll probably walk away as I have, scratching my head and going "HUH?".
I know! I became one ofthose trainers that was given a 'canned' presentation, but found my own way to teach Access as suggested in this article, but was told that it wouldn't work by my superiors and peers alike.
WE know what databases are for, but many of the trainers don't.
Thanks, Jeff, for letting the training community see that there are better ways.
