In my experience you can't trust anyone especially government, the unions or even corporate america to look after your interests. I believe its in our best interest to create our own collective professional organization and structured along the lines of a "guild" where we can collaborate with each other and plan the future of our industry before the others take care of us so well that we are replaced by foreign workers because they are used to lower wages and worse working conditions than we are accustomed to.

I'm tired of talking about this NOW lets talk about creating the solution.

Who amongst us wants to with me start a thread of creating "the guild" better we build it than someone outside the industry...
