If you don't like it where you are at, change it. What has made our economic boom the last 10 years so great? Free enterprise. Supply and demand. Make yourself more in demand by being smarter and perform better. Not by having a stagnant organization called a union guarantee something for you. What motivation is there for someone to perform better with unions? Long and short of it? If you don't like it where your at, go somewhere else. If you can't go somewhere else, maybe your in the wrong career.
