Which was a nicer way of saying the F2BIE. Whis is obviously the Finger to brain interface error. As far as ID10T goes learned this in a IT college class only 2 out of 30 of got it on the spot, 4 even after told what it ment couldn't see it still.
But sadly the best off all Help Desk Secrets was left out the "I've got a technicain right here and he asked I call the Help Desk"
Which obviously this means "I've screwed this upso bad, you need to get my supervisor here to send me to get training or to fire me here and now!" Of course could also be this guy is so nosy got to get him away so I can fix the darn thing or need to roll on the floor laughing for two minutes, butthen above still gomes in the picture once the laugihng has subsided.
