Actually, the worst offenders are 'IT-know-it-alls'. If you really want to see a mess work with a helpdesk person who has all the answers and none of the solutions. 'I didn't delete that file, someone broke into my office, booted my PC, guessed mypassword then changed the security permissions and deleted the file.' Acutal excuse from our IT manager. Most employees here can't even boot their PC's let alone commit all the other things.
