I can't believe the errors in programs we recieve. As end users, we find the idea is sound or exactly what we are looking for, but we always find programming errors that become frustrating to the point that we have removed several programs from our systems. It seems that the transition from a good idea to a working product,that doesn't require patch after patch, is impossible and we are paying for the lack of thorough testing...
