Contractor Vs Full-Time Employee
I think some people like contracting, since they feel like they are getting paid more money, and can choose waht they want in the way of the IT profession. Everyone here knows that companies would not hire contractors unless it was a direct benefit to them. And lets not fool ourselves, we all need to work. So my point is, teh people that arer making the good money contracting out, are not buying Health benefits for themselves. So when they get sick they end up with the worse hospitals, cause every other hospital turns them down since they don't have health benefits.
So back to the companies, I found out from a nutrusits after I had my heart attack last year, that the food indistry follows the same method that every other companies uses tomake money. They buy the cheapest ground beef that they can so that they can make a prrofit, and that Hydrogenated oil you arer eatting in your bread, and cookies and soforth is adding fat to your veins. So what does this mean, it means thta all companies use and abuse all their employees, to make the bottom line look good, an dcontractors are bowing over and letting the companies do them royally, by telling them that they are making more money. Look at the article, it costs teh company the same amount of money to have full time or contract employees. It is just Full time employees have Health Benefits, 401K retirement, and paid vacations. Contactors don't have that, but they do have a barrel under them and a boss behind them, and the contractor's are bend over the barrel, spread eagle. You get teh rest of the picture, so enjoy the feeling contractors, casue you are getting hard and fast.
