Negotiated numerous partnering arrangements with software vendors to host their software in our data centers.3. Designed, built and staffed the data center for one ASP4. Serviced numerous customers under the ASP model5. Written numerous pieces of intellectual property for ASPs, such as Service Level Agreements, Pricing Models, Partnering Agreements, Value Propositions, Investment Valuations, etc.Under my current ASP model, I often contract my personal services to my customers to lead a company's deployment into the ASP environment. In this role I:1. Provide strategic business analysis2. Assist in developing business plans (technical architecture, marketing strategies, and financial projections)3.         <title><![CDATA[ASPs have no future]]></title>

        <description><![CDATA[While there are some perceived advantages in using an ASP the disadvantages in not having control over your important functions far outwiegh these. The main disadvantage is that if the server goes down you have no control over how long the system isdown.In order to provide the neccesary service an ASP has to invest a considerable sum of money which has to be borrowed and the loan serviced. Only the largest firms can do this and unless they have a considerable customer base even they  will find it difficult.A further dificulty is reliance on the telephone network. As more people use it at the same time so the speed of downloads goes down.]]></description>
