Good advice for all levels
I found these 5 steps appropriate to the most junior employee through the CIO. I fully agree with the approaches, particulary reflecting on whether you are in the right work environment.
I hope all managers will read this and put themselves in the position of first the team lead and then the manager the team lead must talk to. Now the next time a member of your team wants to express concern with a project or initiative, or a policy or procedure, help that individual with their delivery andsupport their request to go over your head once you have had your chance to respond to their concerns.
