I agree, I work where we see problems and are told to keep the course. Where management believe that there been made captain of the ship for a reason. So as a good little sailor should not make suggestions they know what there doing. Usually suggestion are made by the sailor to improve the situation.Two thing end up happening. Either the idea is brushed off then a few week or months later this suggestion is implemented to great success, or the problem is brush under the crapet to be ignored. For all those I'm the Captain of the ship remember the Titanic had a captain also.
