Excellent article. Most often I have found that conflicts usually are a direct result of personality conflicts. You don't have to like the people you work with but you better respect them and their experience and keep it professional. Focus not only on the work that is to be done but on being positive. When you spend as much time in a day that one does at work, it should be optimized in every way. Focus on the work that is to be done and you may find that you can get along with anyone.
