It looks like Corporations will have to establish a seperate Department for Archiving. Archiving is a delicate and time consuming business and should be tackled the correct way or no way (because if not done at a 100% level, would just be a waste of time and money).

Solution?

[1] Corporate documentation storage policies...
[2] Dedicated Archiving Software....
[3] Dedicated Staff....
[4] Site inspection by Government Staff and sign off by latter as approved ...
[5] Most NB. Policy on what gets archived...
[6] Offsite backup of archived material...
