We MUST consider diversity
I agree fully with the points made in this article pertaining to fully incorporating a diverse workforce into the operation of the company. Today's workforce is very diverse, coming from every conceivable background and cultural. Everyone has something to bring to the table; if we can create an environment which taps each person's full potential, we will be far better off because of it.

The only black mark in this picture is the way the homosexual lobby has hijacked the diversity message. They want to be included as a protected category. And they want to force everyone to fully accept their agenda.

The only accurate way to know that someone is a homosexual is if they perform homosexual acts. Any other test is subjective. If we allow people to declare that they are homosexual in order to qualify for protection (and you KNOW that this kind of thing will happen), are they locked into their choice? Could they later declare themselves heterosexual? "Characteristics" which are actually lifestyle choices can change at anytime. However, physical characteristics, such as male vs female, cannot be changed, and therefore should have protected status.
