I did not imply that an "Ideal Work World" would be composed of 100% white males. I don't care where you're from, as long as you know what you're doing.

The fact is quotas are being used to exclude qualified white males in favor of under-qualified people that happen to belong to a minority group. When the 1st criteria for hiring, promotion, or college admission is a person's ethnicity; then there will be and are "UNqualified personnel put into positions just because of X".

And by the way, I happen to be a Caucasion male, and at times feel like I'm surrounded by idiots, that are Caucasian males.
