Voice lessons & Projection: Missing from the list: BREATHE.
Learn how to "project" as any decent stage actor. Basically the bulk of the air stream goes past, not through, the vocal cords! The vocal cords simply add the modulation.
This post is not a lesson in projection, but if you learn it, your voice will last all day! Been there, done that. I've been asked on occasion to make announcements in theatre lobbies during intermission--without a PA system. Ever try to outshout the 1000-conversation buzz? Can't be done. But you *can* out-project the buzz!

I am a trainer who begins training early in the morning. I use a vocal warm-up cassette in the car on the way to work. I found the cassette at www.vocalcoach.com.
You forgot to advice readers that talking to people with ADHD can cause speech problems. I use to speak very well wen i was a teenager and now i stutter a lot because of them:
Very good tips...I thought it would be easy until I tried reciting the quotes as if I knew them by heart. How wrong was I.
