Report Offensive Message

In my dept, we have to little management. We have two Admins who do what they want, when they want with out a care for how their actions impact the other admins' systems or how it inconveniences the users. They both lack maturity and cannot take constructive criticism. Our managers know this and seem to do nothing.

Management should be like rose gardeners. If pruned just right, a rose is beautiful. If left to grow wild, it becomes a big nasty bush with thorns.
