I currently find myself on the same boat as Mr. Barger once was. I have been given the task of preparing a plan to migrate NDS to AD just "because Microsoft is our current standard". How do you make a non-technical manager understand the implications involved in migrating such a stable environment "just because"?
There are more technically savi members (MCSE's) in my group that recognize the advantage of having Novell on our environment but do not have the "intestinal fortitude" to convince management otherwise for fear of rocking the boat.
