Report Offensive Message

On my XP Home edition computer, if more than one session has HotSynch running in the background (i.e., the icon is visible in the system tray) pressing the synch button on the cradle has the exact same results as the power switch! The system immediately crashes and reboots. Works fine if only one user (me) has it running. This is only a problem if you have a multiple users of a single computer that choose to leave their session running rather than log out (like my wife and kids like to do). Itwas the default behavior of HotSynch to install to start automatically for all users.
