Are project managers more about process than product? I partly disagree:
Keeping info in your head & not communicating your thoughts how does your team understand what is going on? The majority of projects fail due to poor communication. This does not mean tons of meetings, tons of e-mail, or tons of phone messages. It simply means at the end of the day the right person has the right info at the right time to make an educated decision that impacts the project (hopefully) in a positive way.
