jzjackson .. you are too honest but abosolutely right .. creative writing got some people to some places they were not qualified for .. i know a guy who is great writer .. and he taliored his resume many times to sound great .. and he ended up getting jobs .. he moved many times between those jobs and everytime he moved he got a raise .. i think he is geneuos for fooling these people .. something i cant and wont do .. but i still admire his acting capabilities ..
as to your question .. well . try to write the best that you did .. does not have to be "saved the comapny $$$" or "turned around solutions" .. but may be if you concentrate on the things you do, you will find things that are admirable in your work ..
may be you solve SIRs/Bugs in record time .. may be you closed ### of bugs in record time .. may be you did extensive analysis with clients that helped keep the scope in the right track .. may be you develop code that needs minimum fixing . since you also throughly test it .. i dont know .. but i know that if you look around in your work you might be able to relate to something
